Plants in offices look great, until someone goes on vacation. Or the AC starts running. Or there's a long weekend. That's when they start to yellow, wilt, and eventually die.
It's not anyone's fault. There's just no one to take care of them.
We come every week or every two weeks: water, check, feed, prune. The plants always look good, and you don't think about it.
A green office isn't a luxury
Companies with plants in the workspace keep employees longer and leave a better impression on clients. That's not our opinion. It comes from research on work environments.
Why plants don't last in offices
An office is not a home. The AC dries the air, temperatures swing, no one comes in on weekends, and in summer the holidays can run two weeks long.
Even tough plants (ZZ plant, sansevieria, pothos) have their limits. Without regular care, they fail sooner or later.
Then someone throws them out and buys new ones. And the cycle starts again.
Monthly service breaks that cycle.
What our service includes
Every visit covers:
- Watering: the right amount, plant by plant
- Feeding: seasonal, based on what each plant needs
- Leaf check: yellow leaves, pests, disease
- Pruning: we remove anything dry or damaged
- Wiping the leaves: plants breathe through their leaves, dust gets in the way
- Report: we let you know if something is off
How often we come
It depends on the plants and the size of the space.
Once a week:
we recommend this for spaces with more than 100 plants or with sensitive species
Once every two weeks:
fits most offices with standard, tough plants
On request:
for smaller spaces, or offices where someone can do basic watering and we handle the rest
Pricing
The price depends on the number of plants, the size and type of pots, and how complex the space is. Roughly:
Small setup:
from €150 per month, which covers two visits within the month.
Larger space: by agreement
The price covers all visits, fertilizer, and replacement of sick plants. It does not cover buying new plants if you want to expand your collection.

How often do you come for maintenance?
Most often we come twice a month, but the frequency depends on the number of plants, the species, the conditions in the space, and your needs.
For spaces with more plants or more demanding arrangements, we can also schedule more frequent visits.
What exactly does monthly plant maintenance include?
Monthly maintenance can include watering, feeding, leaf cleaning, removing dry leaves, plant health checks, basic pruning, substrate checks, and care advice going forward.
In short: we make sure your plants aren't just "alive," but actually look good in the space.
What's the minimum commitment?
Our service runs as monthly plant maintenance, with no long-term lock-in. You can end the agreement whenever you want.
In practice we recommend at least one month, because plants need a bit of time to recover, settle in, and find a stable care rhythm.
Do you work outside Belgrade?
We mainly work in Belgrade and the surrounding area.
For larger workspaces, offices, shops, or projects with a lot of plants, we can arrange visits outside Belgrade by agreement.
What if we already have plants in the space?
No problem. You don't need to buy new plants to use the maintenance service.
We come to your location, check the condition of the existing plants, and suggest the best care plan. If some plants can recover, we save them. If they're in bad shape, we suggest replacing them or finding a better fit for the space.
Can you supply plants and then maintain them too?
Yes. That's the most common and best combination.
We can help you choose plants that fit your space, light, style, and care level, and then take over the regular care. That way, from day one, you get plants with a much better chance to grow well and look good for a long time.
