Office greening: from idea to delivery
Greenery in a space is not just decoration. Done right, you feel it right away: people breathe easier, the room feels calmer and warmer. The numbers back this up too. Plants in a workplace can raise productivity by up to 15 percent, according to some studies, while also lowering stress and cleaning the air. But for that to actually work, not just look nice for the first two weeks, it needs a plan behind it.
That's where our job starts: to bring together the look, the conditions of the space, and what the plants need into one setup that lasts.
Who this is for
We work with anyone who wants to bring a space to life with plants, no matter the size or purpose:
- Offices: open space, private offices, meeting rooms, receptions
- Coworking spaces: greenery as part of the identity and atmosphere of the space
- Restaurants and cafes: plants that change the mood and bring guests back
- Hotels and lobbies: the first impression that stays with people
- Office buildings: hallways, shared areas, entrances
Who we've worked with
We have 15 years of work behind us, in spaces of every size, from small cafes to large business complexes. In that time, we've learned one thing: every space needs its own solution, and clients notice that difference.
We've earned the trust of companies that don't pick partners lightly, including Pepsico, OSA Engineering Center, Rodizio restaurant, the Science Technology Park Belgrade, and private clients with more demanding projects.
Here's what that looked like in practice:
Our team
Behind every project is a landscape architect with interior design experience. That's a difference you can see. It's not enough to just bring in plants and leave them there. You need to know which species belong in which space, how the plants work together, and, most important, how they'll look a year from now under the conditions in that space.
Along with the landscape architect, the team includes people who focus on technology and smart plant growing, because a plant that stays healthy long-term isn't a matter of luck. It comes down to the conditions you give it.
What working with the Urbigrow team looks like
One contract, one team, one date by which everything is done.
We work on a turnkey basis. From the first idea to the last watered plant, we handle everything: consultation, planning, sourcing, delivery, installation, and maintenance. You don't chase suppliers, you don't juggle schedules, you don't worry about the details. That's our job.
-
Consultation
We come to you. We measure the space, check how the light falls, and talk about style and budget. It takes 30 to 45 minutes and doesn't commit you to anything. -
Project specification
This is where we put in the time. We look into every detail and shape the plan around your exact space, so what you get isn't a sketch but a document ready for execution. In practice, that means a detailed presentation with images of the design, so you can see exactly how the space will look, plus a precise spec sheet covering every plant, pot, and material down to the last item.
We charge from 100 euros for this, depending on the size of the project. But that amount is deducted from the final price once we move into execution, so if you work with us, the specification ends up costing you nothing. You only keep paying for it if you decide to hand the installation to someone else. -
Sourcing and installation
We source everything: plants, pots, saucers, and stands or shelves if needed. We come and install it all on the agreed date, usually in a single day. -
Handover and instructions
Once everything is in place, we walk you through the basic care for each plant, so you know what you have and how to look after it. -
Monthly maintenance
By agreement, we come once a week or once every two weeks and take over the full plant care.
Some of our projects
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- OSA Engineering Center: greening the office balcony
- Science Technology Park Belgrade: designing the green interior and maintaining the greenery outdoors
- A private client: a balcony styled in Asian design
- Put inženjering: greenery in the lobby of a business complex
...and many others.
Why we recommend leaving maintenance to us
Once we finish a project, we almost always recommend that clients leave the monthly maintenance to us, especially for larger projects. The reason is simple: it protects what you've invested in.
Plants that get watered on the go between meetings, by whoever has a free minute, tend to suffer. Care mistakes don't show right away. They show up once it's too late, and by then, fixing the damage costs more than regular maintenance would have. Instead of leaving the job to staff who didn't sign up for it, hand it to people who know exactly what each species needs.
We provide plant maintenance you can rely on, with a level of service you can count on for the long run. You can find more details here.

We currently take on projects in Belgrade and the surrounding area. If you have a larger project outside Belgrade, reach out and we'll work something out.
