Orders, Delivery and Uncollected Shipments
When placing an order through our website, the customer confirms that all provided information is accurate and that they intend to receive and pay for the ordered products.
In case of orders placed with cash on delivery payment, if the customer fails to collect the shipment or refuses delivery after the order has been confirmed and dispatched, UrbiGo reserves the right to charge the customer for the direct costs of delivery and return of the shipment.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal within 14 days applies after the customer has received the goods. If the shipment is not collected and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the direct costs incurred for shipping and return, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
